What an amazing end to 2024 for Standing in the Gap! We became a nonprofit and rocked CASA’s birthday party. Janna bravely held a snake named Lemon for a $500 donation! We were thrilled to host a table at National Adoption Day for Ellis County and spend time with the kids waiting for their forever families.
Due to your generous donations, we were able to:
- Treat 30 foster families to a free visit to Prairie Lights.
- Bring Christmas joy to 45 children in care with gifts.
- Provide essential items to multiple foster placements.
- Support 5 children in Midlothian Schools with shoes, clothes, and coats.
- Assist 23 children through the Careportal program.
- Equip 3 foster agencies and the Foster Closet with much-needed supplies

Their staff Christmas party featured donations of winter pajamas and undergarments for kids in need. They truly care about the community!
